Restaurant Noma has 4 times been voted ”the Worlds Best Restaurant”. One reason has been the research and development by the Nordic Food Lab. The restaurant and the Food Lab have used Honey, Bees Wax, Pollen and Bees Larvae in the development and in the kitchen. Partly from their own beehives in front of the restaurant. This has inspired chefs and brewers in Denmark to use bee products in recipes of meal, beers and mead. Contributing to the reputation of bee products.
